Andrea Coraci

Associate Attorney

Andrea helps clients tackle real estate, estate planning, and business matters with clarity and confidence. Originally practicing in New York, she now serves North Carolina with a focus on commercial closings and practical, down-to-earth legal guidance.

Before relocating, Andrea honed her legal skills in New York, where she focused exclusively on real estate closings, representing numerous mortgage lenders in high-volume, high-stakes transactions. From managing pipelines of hundreds of loans to disbursing millions of dollars in loan funds on closing day, she became a go-to resource for guiding closings with precision and ease.

Andrea is licensed in both New York and North Carolina, with a strong foundation in commercial real estate and business law. She’s also known for making even the most complex documents feel approachable—maybe it’s the espresso-fueled focus, maybe it’s the calm under pressure, or maybe it’s her secret love of spreadsheets.

When she’s not working with clients, Andrea is likely spending time with her husband, two young children, and their big Bernese Mountain Dog who knows no personal space. She’s passionate about empowering other women in law and business, and proud to be part of a woman-led firm that values both brains and heart.
